Billing:

When will I be billed?

Once you've placed your order, we'll charge your card and email you the purchase confirmation and summary right away.

 So, can I view my order invoices?

We'll send you an email confirmation with your order summary. If you need an invoice, please contact us at bundlebox@districtventures.ca.

 My card was declined. What should I do?

Sorry about that! Please contact your credit card company and check that you have entered the right card details during your purchase.

 How much for shipping?

We can't give you a definitive number because shipping is calculated based on your place of residence.

Shipping:

 When will my Bundle Box be shipped?

Bundle Box orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours of the order being placed. We'll send over a tracking number to your email once the box has been shipped.

 So, how long until I get my Bundle Box?

Due to COVID-19, we can't guarantee the shipping timeline. However, you can check your order status using the tracking number we emailed you.

 My tracking number says package delivered but I don't have my Bundle Box. What do I do?

Sorry about that! Please contact the carrier directly if you're experiencing issues with your tracking and delivery information.

 My Bundle Box arrived damaged. What now?

So sorry, we regret the inconvenience. Kindly report any damages or missing products within one week of your delivery date. Reach out to us at bundlebox@districtventures.ca to better assist you with the process. Please include a photo of your damaged box or product.

My Order:

 I haven’t received my Bundle Box. What now?

Sorry about that! Please check the tracking number sent to your email to know the status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us at bundlebox@districtventures.ca for additional help.

 What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we aren't set up to process refunds at this time, except in the case of boxes that were delivered to you damaged. Please reach out to us at bundlebox@districtventures.ca for more information.

 My box was returned to sender, can I get it shipped back?

Sure! Just log in to your account and re-order the item. Unfortunately, we'll have to charge you to have it shipped back.

Each box comes with 7 - 10 incredible food and wellness products created by local Canadian businesses. Better yet, you have the freedom to choose 5 of the items in the box. Thrice a year, we’ll be curating a new Bundle Box so you can continue experiencing new and exciting local products. Our current boxes include:

 Why don't I just get to pick everything in my Bundle Box?

The simple answer is variety. To ensure you get a wide and eclectic range of products to try out and enjoy, we select 4 or 5 of the products in your box. And you choose 5.
